Position Overview

The E-Commerce and Brand Director at Flow will be an integral leader in our team, spearheading our online sales channels and brand strategy. This role requires a unique blend of strategic vision, e-commerce expertise, and a passion for brand storytelling in alignment with our mission. As the third employee, the E-Commerce and Brand Director will not only shape the voice and presence of Flow but also establish a robust online marketplace that reflects our commitment to quality and service.

Key Responsibilities

E-Commerce Strategy Development and Execution:

Devise a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to enhance our online sales presence, increase revenue, and provide an exceptional customer experience.

Collaborate with IT, Marketing, and Product Development teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce platforms with our business model.

Analyze market trends to anticipate customer needs, adjusting strategies to capture emerging opportunities.

Oversee the management of the online product catalogue, ensuring it is current, accurate, and appealing.

Brand Development and Management

Craft and articulate a compelling brand narrative that conveys the ethos of Flow and resonates with our target audience.

Develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all platforms and materials.

Lead creative campaigns that elevate brand awareness, engagement, and loyalty.

Monitor and report on brand performance, making data-driven decisions to optimize brand strategy.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

Build and manage a high-performing team dedicated to e-commerce and branding initiatives.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and shared success within the team.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand and sales strategies are integrated and mutually supportive.

Market Expansion and Customer Engagement:

Implement strategies for market expansion, identifying and penetrating new markets with high potential.

Budget Management:Oversee the e-commerce and branding budget, ensuring resources are effectively allocated and managed for optimal return on investment.

Key Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in e-commerce and brand management, preferably in a related industry.
